July 5, 200916 yr Pikkupstix in Taverly can enchant certain helms so that you can charge them with scrolls for random automatic "firing" in combat. The bespelled helm will have the letter (e) added to its name, and becomes untradable. Then you can use combat scrolls on it to charge it. The summoning level required for each headgear item is listed below.

July 5, 200916 yr If you have a decent agility and you have full on weight reducing equipment, I find that you don't even need energy restoration methods. The time spent charging the orbs generally gives ample time to fill back the energy you used. If anything, just rest for like 5-10 seconds at the bank before you go. Something to fill my sig with until I find a replacement.Also check out my blug
