I can't use my bank, because I have 600 more items than free players have blank slots.I also have a abyssal whip I can't sell because of this. You shouldn't get more bank space just because you are an ex-member. One of the benefits of members is more bank space, provided you are a member. Otherwise people could be a member once, and then never be a member again but have a bigger bank, which would be unfair. Free players have enough bank space if they keep what is important. The 'double of everything' means buying F2P placeholders for P2P --> F2P transitions. It makes sense because as yolink stated, you can deposit/withdraw F2P items from your overloaded bank with no problems. You can, however, withdraw and deposit items that do not take up another bank slot. I.E. If you have three coal ores, you can withdraw two, or deposit a million, all the same.
