July 10, 200917 yr I don't think you can assist with construction, only with flatpacks. If you're looking for the lectern for varrock diary, you can use someone's house.

July 10, 200917 yr Try hopping to the house party themed world. At the Remmington portal there will be tons of people advertising house parties. Look for one advertising a gilded alter or a high construction level- usually they will also have a high-level lecturn. Might take you a few minutes to find the best one. Not sure if players advertise at Yanille portal.
