Zaaps1
Alching is fail. Tons of better options, here, look into diamond bolt enchanting. Twice the xp at less than half the cost. Other others are superglassmake, plankmake, string jewelry, and rock lobs, all of which blow alching out of the water. ~It's Super Effective! I would be carefull with diamond bolt enchanting, as the prices fluctuate a lot. I lost around 2 mil recently because I bought 30k bolts and then didn't play for a few days. EDIT: however, other than that I have always made a profit enchanting.

A week ago it was less than 1gp/xp, now it's like 3gp/xp. ~It's Super Effective! RayOxide
A professional mager would know how to look into prices themselves, especially for diamond bolt enchanting. Before alot of people knew about it they profited a bit. I got a few levels off of them and then told a heap of people. I guess word got around hah. Even though some people still did it then a few months after I told people about it, bam, prices screwed up and now theres no profit. Though you can profit like in 1 day out of about 20. I dont need a siggy no moar.
kdb148
You can charge air orbs and make a lot of cash. It's slower than alching, but not THAT much slower. You can turn your profits over into alching to keep your average XP/hr up while breaking even. Air orb charging also gives you some afk time, and you don't have to worry about losing money depending on prices - air orbs will never decline below 900 per, since their price is directly linked to the high alch value of air battlestaves, and not as much to supply and demand.
