I am doing the Skrach 'Bone Crusher' Uglogwee part of the Recipe for Disaster quest. But i don't know how to hunt Jubbly .Is it dropping the ball of wool ,a rock and the toad and wait jubbly appear?OR just drop the toad and keep ball of wool and the rock in the inventory?

I think you use the bellows on the already-inflated toad, with a rock and ball of wool in your inventory.

 

 

 

Then drop it, as you would a normal toad.

[hide=Just in case]...Use the ogre bellows full of swamp gas on a toad to get it into your inventory. Now, go north of the place where you originally met Rantz. Mine a piece out of the rock a little north east from the cave entrance (marked with a symbol on mini-map) and then use the bellows on the same toad again while having a ball of wool and a rock in your inventory to make a new kind of chompy-bait. It can take a few tries before the Jubbly appears, though. Luckily it takes like 40 sec to get a new baloon toad.
