So after taking a break from RS shortly after DG came out, and just leveling it casually to 65 after coming back recently, I find myself sick of w117 (as I hope you can understand). Can anybody suggest a cc/fc who do dungeons at my level who are reasonably skilled (no, I'm not as stupid as w117 idiots, even though I have done most of my larges there)? Or if you have other suggestions to what I should do, please post.

I believe it only increases the chance of recieving clue scrolls as a drop, as the ring 'shines more brightly' when they drop.

You just gained my respect. That game is simply amazing!

I like the idea of enhancing armor we already have. For example adding sockets (like sockets in WoW, basically). I think that'd add versatility to smithing and actually make it desirable to train.

I recommend tanking them. I have similar stats to yours, and I don't even need to eat food I bring due to a bunyip, swordfish drops and the enhanced excalibur's special when I have about 180 ranged defence (though, bringing some food is always the smart thing to do). Around 30k ranged xp is what I get. With 90-95 kills per bunyip's lifespan, profit should be about 470-520k per hour, depending on how lucky you are with bar drop.

That 'desired items' begin to rise in price may just as well be people anticipating these items to rise, as a result of the money coming in through the climbing boots update, and wants to buy the items before they are too expensive (which may never have been the case, but what do I know?).

Some worlds aren't updated yet. I can perfectly fine log in to w68, where no updates have been made and no update timer is shown.

Based on the fact that the op has 83 attack, I would assume he would hit way more whit a crushing weapon opposed to a whip. Based on the fact that I wasn't even referring to the author, it'd be nice if you could actually read the whole situation before trying to correct me So the situation you're referring to is that you can hit waterfiends with a whip at higher levels? Fine by me. But the actual situation here is a guy with 83 attack thinking about using a whip, which would be very inaccurate compared to a crush weapon. At least how I see it.

I'd use a black mask over Torag's helm, if I were you. The boost on tasks is really helpful to speed things up!
