it says that if you enchant it with a bass you only get 1 charge, but i just did it for the achievments and got 2 charges on it.

I've looked into the matter, and you are correct. :)

 

 

 

There was more than one issue with the lyre and enchanted lyre entries, however, so I've corrected both.
