July 20, 200916 yr The brand are Flipvideo, and beware if you buy one. These things are unreliable and I bought mine a month ago and the power now doesn't turn on. I have a fresh pair of batteries in the thing and it won't work. It is horrible that their customer support has to be so extensive because there are so many defects with their product. I am trying to get a refund for it, or another one, but I deffinately would never suggest buying one. Anyone else have one?

July 20, 200916 yr I know quite a few people who have them, they seem cool. And they've worked for as long as they've had them.
July 20, 200916 yr Possibly you should call the company that makes the thing instead of [bleep]ing you would probably get somewhere. I couldn't imagine it is out of warranty.
