Do those until 86, for Plank Make, 88 for barraging. Then after that get to 94 nad use ice barrage. Do any of these until 99. You can also do some Diamond Bolt enchanting or go to Mage Training Arena and use the highest enchant spell that you can. Also knowing a budget might help. What i posted are general ways of getting magic levels. Most i have read on H&A for other posts.
