Would it be faster to Barbarian Fly Fish, or to fish things like Trout and Salmon regularly?

 

 

 

How about Frog Spawns? They give a lot of experience... has anyone ever tried fishing these?

I find monkfishing to be my best option. The money and experience isnt too shabby. But if your after speed fly fishing is 45k xp an hour and barb fishing is 50k xp an hour.
