1. If your attack level is just at 40, enough to use a rune scimitar, if it falls under that due to something like beer or say confuse, can you no longer use the rune scimitar?

 

 

 

2. How high of a magic bonus must you maintain to keep a reasonable amount of magic accuracy? Let's say I'm level 30 mage.

2.) No idea. The higher the better

Darn it. That would have been the meanest anti-pure technique out there.
