What is the fastest and cheapest way to level my construction from 28 to 40? Money is kind of iffy but its not a huge deal if i have to spend a few hundred k.

33-40 is definately oak larders.

 

28-33 can just be whatever. maybe oak tables or something.

Using SC hammers is also a handy xp boost for minimal effort especially if you find non combat clans.

Tip for you on SC if you've never played before:

 

 

 

With your stats right now, the best way is to gather c4+ clay, which you can use either wc, fishing or mining to get, and then use ur crafting to make range armour, then deposit in the base.

 

 

 

20k points will get you one tool, which should be enough for 40 cons, as one SC hammer lasts roughly 410 oak planks i believe.
