July 29, 200916 yr What's a good skill to start on for a free-to-play mercher? I've been wanting to create one for awhile, and I've been busy. Any suggestions?
July 29, 200916 yr I don't see why you need a special sort of account to merchant with. Money is the only requirement. O.O
July 29, 200916 yr I wouldn't make it a merchanter lol, just make it a skiller and merchant for money. If you want to start making some seed cash on f2p, I'd do the knights sword and get 29 smithing, get to 30 anyway you can then make steel bars. Once you have around 200K you can start merchanting on f2p, and make cash/skill for cash/spend cash on skills :P
July 29, 200916 yr Steel bars are definately one of the best F2P moneymakers. Also try runecrafting, you will see good profits there at around level 44, 4 airs per ess.
July 29, 200916 yr Mine clay. It's a bizarrely large amount of cash to be made for no real requirement. Just mine it at the Varrock West mines. Be sure to wet the clay for that added profit. : Aside from that, woodcutting, fishing, and mining are among the top skills that you'll want on your skiller if you plan to train them to around 85+ As said, smelting bars can be decent cash as well.
