You could have him do slayer tasks with 2nd or third slayer master.

 

 

 

He could go and spin flax into bow strings and make a lot of money on that market.

 

 

 

Those are probably the best with what he has.

 

 

 

 

 

Also, he could train farming with his 1 mil and then get high enough to do toads and such.

You can get woodcutting up and do yews/magic if you wanted too. It would be slow but easy.

I suggest train your ranged to 61, buy a rune crossbow, and go kill green dragons and sell the hides and bones that you get.
