MEP2 Help!

Im doing MEP2 and im stuck on the third door I looked at the guide but no matter which way i turn the mirror i cant get the light to go to the bottom level!!!!!!!!!

 

 

 

Anybody know why its not working?

NVm got it eventhough the way i turned it was the exact opposite of the guide!!!!!

For anyone having the same trouble.

 

 

 

From here we want to send our light down. To do this arrange the mirror so its top is by the east and base is by the west markers.

 

 

 

The "top" and "base" in this case are the faces of the mirrors (the faces that reflect). So the guide isn't wrong, rather people read it differently.

Hopefully the guide will be edited to reflect the change in the quest.

The interface also looks different on high def and standard def versions...a little while back I had provided new pictures of the angling of the mirrors...pictures that the guide editors never got to use. Now those pictures may be out of date, but as someone already posted, the guide is not wrong...it's people interpreting the "face" and "top" and "bottom" as something different...new pictures are definitely needed WITH compass directions.

 

 

 

If tasked by a crew member, I'll head down there...but as I already did it once and they didn't get used, I'm not going to bother again if it's not going to be implemented right away.
