I have my own website where i post my pics (which isnt free), but one free upload site: http://koti.mbnet.fi/kuukke/upload.php If you dont understand finnish, here it how it works: Click the Browse button and search the picture you want to upload, then click the Save/Tallenna -button. It should be now uploaded and your picture should be in the following address: http://koti.mbnet.fi/kuukke/yourpicture.png (or any other filename you have).
