Becuase in the quest guide on tip.it it says boosts such as potions and stuff dont work -69 smithing absolute so I was wondereing does that mean the smithing is the only skill you can use a boost to substitute? Yea, you need to have 69 smithing for that quest. (and thats the reason why I have exactly 69 smithing) Examine ChenGMT (level: 138)
