Yes, although you may struggle a bit on MEP2.

 

From 62 i boosted it to 65 just by doing other quests in the series.

totally forgot about this thread thanks for the replys can you give me an estimate on how long it would take to complete them with my stats?

I don't remember very well anymore, but I would guess 1.5 to 2 hours for teh first 3 quests. Thats probably a bit more time than it takes (with a guide at least), but it depends on how much (and if) you use a guide, what items you have saved from other quests and whatnot. For MEP2, I would peg it in at 2-3 hours.

Sure I managed to clear them so I don't see why you wouldn't be able to.
