Both are in the same room in Saniboch's dungeon. You would have to stand in the door / run back out when Mama Dragon comes a-knockin'.

POH ones give no exp nor does it count towards a task. Trust me, I made several of them and my friend wanted to "train" there. He found out about 10 minutes later.
