nerdboyxxx Posted August 16, 2009 Share Posted August 16, 2009 I am thinking of getting Magic to either 70 or 99 (if it takes forever/cost too much getting level 70 I'm not getting it to 99 lol). I've decided to train via enchanting bolts. I need to know: 1. Which bolts are the easiest to buy 2. Which bolts give a profit (AND if they are easy to buy or not). 3. How much it could potentially cost to 70/99 (I'd like both if that's alright :)) I'd ususally work out profits and stuff myself, but I have to go out and I was going to write up a plan tonight (I'll be going out in the next 1/2 hour). Here is your formula for your spreadsheet: bolt(e) - [1cosmic + secoundary rune ]/10 - [metal bolt + cutted gem/12] edit: here you go: ruby: 460-(171+371)/10-(207 + 1817/12) =47.383 diamond: 1110-(171+656)/10-(207 + 8848/12) =82.97 dragon stone: 4667-(171+402)/10-(1052+40600/12) =174.37 Examine ChenGMT (level: 138) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Also, dragonstone and onyx are not rational ways to train because the upfront cost for matterials is massive. This speadsheet should help you, look on the bottom. edit: sorry, i have misread, for some reason, google spread sheets dont show formulas formular should be: bolt(e)*10-[cosmic+secondary rune]-gemmed bolt*10 ? ruby: 4600-(171+371)-3890 =168 diamond: 11100-(171+656)-10100 =173 dragon stone: 46670-(171+402)-45130 =963 but...can you get them fast in ge?
