Keeping Items on Death

Featured Replies

Ok so I always thought that it was unfair that certain items, that were worth far more than items that you would keep, were lost on death. I could see why Jagex couldn't do that when prices were player controlled but now they have written almost in concrete the prices of tradeable items, why can't they base what you keep on death on the GE prices? You would have thought it would be fairly easy!

It's done on alch prices, and i think it always will be. They give plenty of warning, and now a handy 'items kept on death' interface.

If it was done by the GE then people pking in Phats would occur all the time...

Thank you to tripsis for an awesome sig!

If it was based on GE prices, then they would have to pick every day if it would be based on Lowest price, Market price, or Max price. It might be too much effort for Jagex to change every item's price for Items Kept on Death.
