lately avira has been warning me about 'c:\users\adam\appdata\local\microsorft\windows\...\asdaclient31.htm' any ideas what it is?

 

 

 

Turns out ccleaner didn't get rid of it, still getting warnings everytime i open msn messenger

Looks like some sort of RPG game?

Get CCleaner and clean your computer with that ;). Should delete the temp files where that is.

new question now just when i turned my computer on i was told i had a corrupt disk in drive f [my external harddrive] and it recomended that i let it run a check, i didn't press any buttons but it cancelled nonetheless.

Open command prompt (start->run->type "cmd" hit enter) and type "chkdsk /f".

 

 

 

Remember not to type the speech-marks though.
