Is it worth switiching to magic longbows bearing in mind I will make a small loss rather than a profit?

There's two ways of looking at this.

 

1) Are you after exp?

 

2) Are you after money?

New way of looking at it.

 

 

 

3) If you did yew longs, work out how much money you would GAIN by doing them. Now, work out how long it would take you to do magic bows. Now ask yourself, could you make more money back in the time you would save if you did magic longs, then the money you would gain by doing yew longs.

See how long it takes you to get 99 by Mage longs. THEN see the loss.

John takes 5 days to get -- level and makes 3M

 

Jeff takes 3 days to get -- level and loses 500k.

Well I did some sums and and realised I would save maybe 2 days in which I would need to earn about 2.8mill to make back the profits I would have earned from yews and the loss from the magic longs.

 

 

 

Magics are not worth it! If my calculations are way out do let me know.

Agreed, it's only 1.4 m a day.

 

There are a few different methods.

 

However, if these elude to you, perhaps the yew longs would better be suited to you.

I will keep going with yew longbows to keep things simple.
