Lvl 40 construction, 2 full bedrooms and yet when I ring the service bell in the dining room, it tells me that this house has no servant. So I trudge over to Ardy and try to purchase a new one only to be told I already have one. So now what? When I came back to the house AFTER the servant's guild, and rang the bell, my servant came back. It might not work for you though. Sorry I couldn't help much. Thanks. :) I kind of thought it might be a glitch but wasn't sure. Figured if it was that someone here would have experienced it too.
