What should i make to go from 27 herblore to 38?

Whatever the highest lv one is. 27-38 is barely anything, so dont worry about calculating losses etc

If you're worried about costs, just use up the herbs you get from combat (assuming you have them).

 

 

 

If not, kill Chaos Druids (level 13) in Edgeville dungeon, wilderness level 1-2 for herbs and use those. At level 30, you can do One Small Favour (Quest) and use one of the lamps for lots of herblore experience. :thumbsup:

 

 

 

If not, keep making the best and/or all potions you can with the herbs you obtain.

If its your lowest skill you could also use tears of Guthix which would raise your level 2 or 3 levels each time you use it at those low levels.

Valid point, but that would take weeks to level. It can only be done once a week, but it is useful to do it every week (no matter what's your lowest level).
