Ya, you can't do much becuause of the Defence levels. You could do a zerker pure for the first one and a range tank for the second one. Good luck.

If you're making a Zerker pure, get barrows gloves or simply dont bother making one.

 

 

 

At your levels, complete EVERY quest for Barrows gloves and go get them... This will leave you at just below 44 defence i should think.

 

 

 

After that, seeing as you've gotten 61 attack, just get 70 then max strength...
