Kidd_Varrow Posted August 24, 2009 Share Posted August 24, 2009 Recently at Lletya bank I saw a 'Stranger' like the ones who randomly attack you during Desert Treasure. It's been a long time since I did that quest, though, and I was obviously far from the desert where they normally appear during the quest. So what was he doing there? I finished desert treasure months ago but one just showed up and followed me around for like 20 mins than vanished. If you have the Smoke Diamond in your inventory a Stranger can randomly attack your with a dds. He killed me in varrock sq but luckily my mate blessed my gravestone and i managed to get it back. The problem is, he hangs around your gravestone making it a real pain in the [wagon] to get back if you're a pure. This "He just said he while he was completing it he didn't see any" He also said he saw the stranger AFTER he had finished the quest. What are you failing to understand? Read the whole thing before you post... They're two different people asking two different questions -.- Edit: Im going to clarify what they asked; The poster wanted to know why he might have seen a stranger after the quest... Flyingpig, or whatever his name my be, wanted to know why when he was DOING the quest and HAD the Diamonds, he did NOT see a stranger DURING the quest.
