August 31, 200916 yr Is there a way, in game, to determine the high alchemy value of an item? Without actually alching it, of course.

August 31, 200916 yr If there's a specialty shop selling that particular item you can value the item there. They will pay the same as the high alch value. My guide: Ring of Wealth explained 8 Dragon Boots (885 kills, 1/111, with RoW)
August 31, 200916 yr The Rouges Den and Bandit Camp (wilderness) general stores buy items for high alch price. ~It's Super Effective! September 1, 200916 yr I think if you value it at any general store it gives you the low alc value, then you can multiply it by 1.5 I think to give you the high alc value. Click the pic if you wanna see a Ranged Slayer blog.
September 1, 200916 yr Author Thanks again. I will test the general store method. And I never knew the ratio of high to low alchemy values.
September 1, 200916 yr Thanks again. I will test the general store method. And I never knew the ratio of high to low alchemy values. I'm pretty sure it's not 1.5x, something more like 1.33x You'd be much safer doing it in the Rouge's Den, where the buy price is automatically the high alch price. No calculations needed. ~It's Super Effective! No calculations needed. High alchemy values are indeed 1.5x low alchemy values - I just did a few searches of the Item Database to check. And 1.5x is so easy to calculate in ones head. So  again! Now to test the general store value.
