Well I have searched for a guide on Bursting/Barraging rock lobbies but at the 7 rock lob spot. I am aware that there is a guide in AOW on the 9 lob spot.

 

 

 

Is it best for me to just try youtube? (I trust guides here more vs guides on youtube as far as stats and info go)

The second guide I am looking for is some solo mage DK guides.

 

 

 

I haven't really looked to hard for this but all I want to do is solo Mage (NOT HYBRID)

I was mainly thinking of using DK's to fund my Rock Lobby escapades kind of like something like Avi's/Chins for ranging. Is this the best way to go about combat mage?

The rock lobsters all use the same location, just different safespots. So from a guide point of view its pretty much all the same only the equipment and inventories. I would simply use the AoW guide and which ever spot suits you. All the youtube videos will most likely just show you the lure more then anything.

 

 

 

Solo'ing DK's is pretty simple and easier then duo'ing (no trouble finding a partner, ls world or so on).

 

 

 

Profitwise I was on my first 5 trips averaging 1 d axe or zerker every 1000 casts. Now I'm nearing on 2500 casts without a single ring or axe. Averaging it out its 500k to 750k per hour after you minus potions runes, scrolls, pouches and repair costs. Duo'ing varies, but you can get away with magic dart and there will be less snips on you.

 

Exp is 50 to 60k per hour using CoG and depending on the world population (higher population, faster spawns = more casts).

 

 

 

The most important thing to remember is to be careful when luring. Prime can and will hit 60's on you if you lure badly.

 

 

 

Sounds like a plan, I was/am planning on the same.

About the 7 lobster spot.I did that the first time I bursted but most of the time I used way too much ppoints to be worth using. After I tried the 9 lobster spot everything seemed much more easier.
