Xraven92
I just got a 15" Macbook Pro and have noticed this very annoying problem with playing runescape on Firefox. When i open the rs applet, it loads fine. However, when i attempt to switch to a different tab, the applet becomes superimposed over the website and it won't respond to any clicks. ANyone have an idea how to fix it? heres a screenshot: [hide=][/hide] thanks!
Laura
It's a bug with Firefox. If you don't mind the lack of customization, you can give Camino a try. It's from Mozilla as well. Opera doesn't allow you to backspace more than one letter at a time under Java and Safari doesn't have a maximize button (without Glims). Assuming you're using 10.5, as Camino crashes under Java in 10.6.
Mil
How about playing RuneScape in it's own Window? Does that render the same effect?
Laura
How about playing RuneScape in it's own Window? Does that render the same effect? No, just when another tab is present in the window. And I lied about Camino. It seems with a a bit of tweaking you can run Java, but the effect you note is still present with another tab open with Runescape running.
