If you don't do it during this you can't make another one. You're then stuck with the Dramen Staff unless you can go back and make it again, which i doubt you can. Ahh, i read in the guide that the only way to get another was to make them yourself when you could. Didn't read anything about buying another. But I'm glad i got me 5 of them when i could.
