Sy_Accursed Posted September 9, 2009 Share Posted September 9, 2009 volatile hatchet is the hatchet form of a volatile proto-tool from Stealing Creation volatile ones are not especially worth it as they change of their own accord every few charges meaning u either waste charge to reform it or go onto a diff skill.
