What's a volatile hatchet and how can you obtain it?

volatile hatchet is the hatchet form of a volatile proto-tool from Stealing Creation

 

 

 

volatile ones are not especially worth it as they change of their own accord every few charges meaning u either waste charge to reform it or go onto a diff skill.

 

 

 

Morphic tools however work gr8 (same source) and keep the form u choose even if for slightly less xp

Hm, last night someone said how his hatchet lost 33% of its charge from only one invent of maples... Seems to be terrible :|
