Some people would sell because phats have gone up more then enough and want to sell it before it crashes. Wish Jagex never removed that highest price item table trades... Since the limit is 2 rares/4hrs it doesn't matter how many are put in the offer. I was just pointing out how insanely hard it is to get anywhere near the first offer against merchants like those.
