Ok so when I attack something lets say using my whip, when its on attack (flick) it barely hits if at all, and as soon as i switch to defence (deflect) i hit 20's. It would make sense if my def lvl was higher than my att lvl but its not so whats the deal with that? Thank you.

They're both Slash attacks so I don't see why you would hit more with one style than the other.

No seriously, you're imagining it as there is no evidence anywhere that suggests your theory is correct. Since every attack form the whip has is slash, there is no real difference in your accuracy or power (which actually isn't true, since the accurate style on any weapon gives an invisible +4 attack boost and the aggressive style a +4 strength boost, but that is irrelevant in this situation).
