Your fletching level is enough, as a fletching potion can boost up to 3 levels (You should bring a couple doses just in case it doesn't go high enough). Also I would recommend that you just get 75 fming, it's really not that hard to do :P .

You can just buy cider under your kingdom.

 

 

 

And yes, its faster to make 10 evil dave stew (3) rather than training those firemaking levels. Always use evil dave when you are just 3-4 level away, unless you know there is a pie or potion that would do the same.
