Ancient Ones

Since the beginning of runescape, there have been a lot of changes. I remember when there were three worlds and there were no safe havens. Runescape created the wilderness for danger for all players. Like me there must be a few still around that remember those days. My question for the creators of runescape is: Why can't you create a cape or armor that only the early players can wear that still play the game. Set a time period from the beginning to January 2003. This would honor those players that have stayed over the years and watched the game of Runscape grow to what it has become today. They would be known as the

Jagex was planning on releasing a cape for those who played runescape classic, however that was in canceled in favor of bringing some upgrades to runescape classic.

So the probability of this happening is pretty low.

A good idea and all but wouldn't people feel left out? I mean, how of those accounts still exist as in they are still are being used? If there aren't much then no point in creating it but it is good to honour the veterans of the game.

That is the point of calling them Ancient ones, because there are, most likely, not many out there and they should be recognized for their longevity in the game. Why would people feel left out? It is a game at the beginning there were a few thousand, now you are looking at over many hundreds of thousands of people playing and hundreds of worlds to play in. It has grown quite a bit since those days. Yes we should be honored for playing this game for so long. I don't play as much as I used to, but i am still playing. My stats are pretty good considering that some live this game 24/7. Afterall there is a real world out there LOL. Of course the name I am using is similiar to my runescape name just spelt a little different. I do have one othe account called Bald Eagle, but have not used that in a few years on the classic game.
