Where can I pick up Snape Grass? I don't want to buy it, I think I can pick it up off the ground somewhere or something. If so, where is the best place to pick it up at?

honestly i'd just buy it but if you must:

 

crafting guild -> hobgoblin peninsula

waterbirth island

 

those are the two best spots

if you can tele directly to waterbirth, that would probably be the better spot to pick it

Waterbirth, get there either with Lyre + Fremmy Boots 3 or Waterbirth tele (lunar spell). You could also get a friend to telegroup you, which is useful if 2, maybe even 3, friends want to do the same thing.

If you can kill waterfiends they drop lots of it noted, fastest way to get if you dont want to buy.

Waterfiends are certainly not the fastest. You can maybe get 100 or so per hour, which is generous. You can gather that much on Waterbirth in, what?, 4-5 minutes?

get a dueling ring, go on lunar with 72 mage,

 

cast the tele to waterbirth pick up spawns use duel ring and repeat
