October 24, 200916 yr 1. 2 of my friends said they lose around 70ep when doing 76k trick(it was their first time), is it possible? Why they lost that many? 2. Today, I did the 76k trick with my friend, in my first kill, I got around 300k, and lost around 25ep. In my second kill, I only got a mithril spear and a few coins, but I didn't lose any ep, my friends said he was quite sure that he had brough 76k, why this happened?
October 24, 200916 yr 1. Yes it is possible to lose large amounts of EP off of a single kill, usually it's if you a get a good drop though. 2. You don't lose EP if the person you kill isn't risking 75k (Or 25k in F2P)

Anyways, here are your responses. 1. Your friend probably got a really good drop, like the 5M ancient statuette. Good drops naturally make EP decrease. 2. In your first kill, both of you were risking 75k, so you got the 300k drop, which naturally makes you lose EP. However, in your second kill, your opponent might not be risking 75k, so you only ended up with the mithril spear and few coins (which leads to no EP lost).
