October 21, 200520 yr So I'm doing my chem lab... and my friend sends me his lab so i can check his calculations. They were right, but thats besides the point. I go back to resume my lab, but theres a problem. Whenever i type something, the letter, space, or symbol replaces whatever is in front of it! I can't make any changes to my lab unless i exit out of all word programs. Is there an easier way? Thanks for your help 8)
October 21, 200520 yr Im assuming your using MS word. Its most likely the overwrite feature, it annoys the hell out of me when i dont notice it and i have to retype things. That is where you should find it on word. If its highlighted, thats what will go over your words. To fix it, just double click on it so its not highlighted and that should fix it. Hope it helps.
