Getting Range XP in F2P

How long will it take for me to get 76 range in F2P(Currently I have 125k xp left to get 76 range)? Also, what monster would you suggest me to train on?

Lesser demons, they drop rune meds every so often, which alch for ~11.4k. They also drop lots of fire runes, and pick up all the coins they drop. Doing this will allow you to use adamant arrows and most likely profit/break even.

 

You could also try Flesh Crawlers in the Stronghold of Security, they are supposedly the fastest melee exp in the game, and they don't hit very often. So I'd assume they'd be the same way for range. They drop a lot of stackables. A full inventory of cake should last you quite a long time.

Tank Flesh Crawlers with full Green D'Hide on, using Maple Shortbow and Bronze arrows (buy about 10k per trip).

 

It's about 30k-ISH exp/hour. Not really sure though, but they definitely are faster than Lesser Demons.

 

@ somondskull6: Giant Spiders (level 50) are faster exp/hour in Melee than Flesh Crawlers.

Try Ankous, they drop a lot of laws and they have a low defence.
