Fishing and Woodcutting xp rates

Featured Replies

I'm level 75 in both skills. I'm curious

A) Shilo fly fishing rates?

B) What's better at 75, and what are the rates?

C) How much xp/hr at willows? What about teaks?

D) What's better (if anything) at 75?

Thanks.

Woodcutting:

For me, teaks cut at pretty much the same rate as willows, but they give me 20ish more xp per log. Add in the fact that they give you special logs and they're individually worth like 15x more than willows, and you've got little reason cut willows.

As for where to cut them, the hardwood grove is the best place to bank really. Need trading sticks? DON'T buy them directly from the GE or collect them from the minigame (but play the minigame for it's fun and random factor  ).

Buy cut red topazes from the GE sell them to Gabooty in the village. He takes them noted and the value of them does not go down as you sell more to him. It ends up working to about 1.4-1.5 GP per stick.

I just found out about ivy, so I did that and got 80, but I'm still curious about fishing.
