if i have zurial full and its not corrupted does it still desinegrate?

All PvP armour will disintegrate after a period of time. The full will last 60 minutes whereas the corrupt only lasts 15 minutes.

Normal PvP armour is exactly like Barrows armour except it can not be repaired and it lasts for a much shorter amount of time, roughly 60 minutes of combat.

The corrupt PvP armour starts degrading as soon as you put it on and does not stop until it breaks, although I'm not sure how long it lasts.

so if i have it and dont use combat with it i can keep it?

Yes, but if you accidentally attack something (or get attacked) you won't be able to sell it back if you had the intentions of doing so.
