Im kinda lost when it comes to training smithing. Any help is appreciated :rolleyes: Drops: 2 Bandos chestplates 2 Bandos hilt, 2 Armadyl hilts, at least 3 of every single Barrows item. It is NOT the fastest. I personally did mith platebodies with SC hammers until 88, at which point most everyone switches to adamant platebodies.
