November 5, 200916 yr I completed the rag and bone man quest a while back now, but have just been up there again to check the wish list for fur and seek, and i noticed that there is a new item added to the wish list for the rag and bone man quest. I completed this wish list back when i did this quest and it wasnt on the list then. Does anyone have any idea what a Non-Chafing Manacle is or where to get one from?? I took a screen shot: I have tried doing a search with tip it but i cant find anything in any databases about it. Ty in advance to anyone that might be able to shed a bit of light on this for me. :)
November 5, 200916 yr non-chafing manacles were always there, im pretty sure it was just a joke, you don't actually have to get them.I think the old man gets them on his own

November 6, 200916 yr You do actually get this for the second wish list, though you don't get the manacles per se, you get golden sheep wool from the troll near the slayer caves and he turns those into manacles.
