November 6, 200916 yr Try the events forums. I looked and only see 1 that says something about an open altar. Alternatively you can go to a PoH themed world that has open houses and just go and use that altar. November 6, 200916 yr W31 is the world, when I open my house, I usually just go to w31 and don't bother posting a thread on the RSOF.
