Basically you have people bring an inventory of essence, choose the request assistance option and then they craft their runes. They keep everything they crafted but you would get all the experience. I believe you can get up to 30k experience a day using this method. However essence running is now only really popular at higher levels when making double natures or 9x air runes. AgingMiser Posted November 8, 2009 Share Posted November 8, 2009 You'll need at least 77 rc before people will Req Assist you. Basically, anyone who Req Assists you "borrows" your level to do something. For instance, if you have 88 rc, they "borrow" your level to make 9x airs, although you get the experience.
