November 9, 200916 yr Hello, I've been gone for a while, and I've heard a couple things about how mining has gotten much easier to train. Being one of the skills that I like more, I wanna get in on this. :D I looked into what it was about a bit, but I'm not entirely clear. What I think I know is: these caverns (living caverns I think?) you get into them from the dwarven mines somewhere. There's lots of big scary monsters, so it's dangerous. The exp rate is better than normal mining. So I was hoping someone could fill me in on what these caverns are really about, the best way to go about using them, and stuff like that. :D Thanks!
November 9, 200916 yr you can mine concentrated coal and gold there. the reason they are called concentrated, is that they are they same ore as usuall, but they mine at the same rate as rune essence. if you do go there i advise you to take good armor, or some food and maybe a weapon. and if you run into a patriarch...KILL IT!!! i killed one and its a little under 200k per kill Barrows: Verac- Helm, Brassard x 2,Torag- Body, HammersKaril- CrossbowGuthan- BodyAhrim- Hood, Staff
November 10, 200916 yr I'm working on a full, indepth guide on this atm. I hope to have it up and running soon. Until there, I recommend you MINE THERE. It's great xp and awesome cash as well. If you are afraid of the monsters (which, tbh, are nooby) go to world 2 or the unofficial world-84. There are many players in these worlds, so you chances of getting attacked are minimized. ~It's Super Effective! November 10, 200916 yr Author Hmm that sounds fun. :D If I get members back I'll definitely be checking it out. :) I'll check out your guide when it comes out too. :D
November 11, 200916 yr Hmm that sounds fun. :D If I get members back I'll definitely be checking it out. :) I'll check out your guide when it comes out too. :D I'm not members, but from what I've heard, the Living Rock monsters are more hp than anything else, so for a decently high leveled player, they pose barely any risk.
November 11, 200916 yr There's little risk, but you do take a lot of residual damage in the long run. It is important to have some method of healing, whether it be Excalibur, SGS, or a Sara Brew. ~It's Super Effective!
