Examine: It's a challenge from the Banshee Champion.

Right-click options: Read, use, drop, examine.

Read: "Come duel me at the Champions' Guild and I shall scream to your defeat. Champion of Banshees."

Rewards you with 1050 Slayer and Hitpoint experience.

Calling beads:

 

Examine: "This should call your local, banner-carrying follower."

Right-click options: Summon, Use, Destroy, Examine.

Destroy info: "If I lose it, I can get another one from Larxus in the basement of the Champion's Guild."

You get it by talking to Larxus if you've already beaten a Champion of a Race. If you haven't, by beating any of them other than the Leprechaun, Larxus will reward you with this.

Level: 73

Restrictions: No melee and no prayer I think. I know you couldn't use Melee. BE SURE TO USE EARMUFFS WHEN FIGHTING THIS BEAST.
