Stely
Okay, so one day i opened my limewire and boom there are tons of files that i didn't download. i deleted all of those files and they appear again after i restart my computer. i thought this was a virus from one of the zip or exe files i downloaded so i deleteed all of my exe/zip files that i downloaded from LimeWire, however the problem didn't go away. So please help get rid of this.(this is slowing down my computer, alot) The files that i DIDN"T download are in Complete, i can't find that folder at where it suppose to be, so i stop share it every time. but it keeps coming back. blade995
Anything that is 851.7k is a virus from limewire. That virus is on almost all searches you do now. Unfortantly limewire doesn't controll what's on their servers. Have you scanned with your virus scanner? If you don't have one AVG is a good one. Google for the link. If I am not mistaken a virus can't be run in a .zip folder. Limewire makes a folder called "incomplete" to put unfinished files or files you have cancelled. If their not complete they should be in there. If you try to delete them just off the list in there, there just gone form that list :) .
Mercifull
Run your anti virus in safe mode ASAP! Then post a HJT log. The virus actually running on this guys computer is buried much deeper than just a limewire folder. Mercifull <3 Suzi "We don't want players to be able to buy their way to success in RuneScape.
