ok so I know it points to Lletya... but WHY?

Most of the riddles have some point, they give a real clue, but I don't get how one could decypher this without practically going through every shop in runescape.

ealth -> Lletya is a long shot.

"'ealth" If you say it, it sounds like "Elf".

Also, the point that leads you to Lletya is "let ya" instead of "ealth" - when pronounced, "let ya" sounds like Lletya.
